Booking through the site
A booking request made through the site is provisional and is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic calls you. An appointment can be cancelled or moved by phone up to 24 hours before.
Emergencies
The site is not a way to deal with emergencies. In an urgent case go to the nearest hospital or call an ambulance.
